Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup 0% fat Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
1/4 cup milk, soy milk or almond milk
2-3 tbsp. pressed apple cider or apple juice (optional)
1 tsp. honey
1 tbsp. chia seeds or ground flax seed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon, plus more to garnish
pecan or walnut pieces, to garnish (optional)

Directions
- Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
