I started Little Toast in January 2011, while completing a Master's degree and looking for a creative distraction. I enjoy experimenting with new recipes and the creative challenge of taking pictures of food that look good enough to eat!
I like to cook healthy meals that use fresh and seasonal ingredients. My cooking style tends to quick and easy, although every once in a while, some recipes will take a bit more time and effort (and dishes!).

And, for the answer to the question that everyone asks: what is "little toast"?
For me "little toast" is a verb, a state of being happy, warm, full and content. This blog was created for the love of artistic creations, culinary delights, fresh colours and inspiring the senses.
