Homemade croutons are a great way to use up day old bread. Garnish salads and soups.

Ingredients
1 loaf ciabatta bread, 1-2 days old
4-5 tbsp. olive oil, or more
dried oregano flakes
dried rosemery
salt

Directions
- Slice bread into 1 inch to 1 1/2 inch cubes, and place in a large bowl.
- Season with oil, herbs and salt, tossing to combine.
- Spread on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 200 F for 20 - 25 minutes, until croutons have become crusty.
- Cool and use to garnish salads or soups. Store in an air-tight container.
