1 cup grated cheddar cheese, cut into chunks

Directions
- In a food processor, using the steel blade, process cheese for about 15 seconds. Add butter and process for another 10, until well combined.
- Add flour, sugar and baking powder into the food processor and process for 10 seconds, until a crumbly mixture forms. If necessary, add a bit of water to help crumbs form.
- Line an 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and transfer half of the crumble mixture onto the pan. Gently shake to distribute evenly and then pat down to made a firm base.
- Spread jam in a layer across the surface of the base.
- Then sprinkle the remaining half crumble mixture over top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Cool and cut into squares using a sharp knife.
