This green olive tapenade is easy to make and tastes delicious!

Ingredients
1 cup pimento olives, drained
1 large tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup sundried tomato packed in olive oil (use a bit of the oil too)
2 cloves of garlic
1 lemon, juice and zest

a big handful (about 1 cup) fresh basil
a big handful (about 1 cup) fresh basil
a big handful (about 1 cup) fresh parsley
a few sprigs (about 1/2 cup) fresh cilantro
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until desired consistency is reached. You can leave the tapenade slightly chunky or make it smooth.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve with fresh pita slices.
