1 large acorn squash
1 tbsp. orange marmalade
1 tsp. butter or vegan margarine, melted
salt and pepper

Directions
- Halve squash and scoop out seeds.
- Place face down on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 400 F for 20 minutes, or until tender.
- Brush squash with melted butter and marmalade. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
