1 1/2 cups raw cashews, presoaked for 24 hours
1 cup vegetable broth

salt and pepper
1-2 tsp. nutritional yeast (optional)

Directions
- Place cashews in a bowl or jar and cover with water. Cover and allow to stand for 24 hours, to become soft.
- Drain cashews and rinse in fresh water. Add to the bowl of a food processor or blender.
- Add garlic and 1/2 cup vegetable broth, pulsing to combine. Add more broth until desired consistency is reached.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, and nutritional yeast, if desired.
- Heat and use over pasta or steamed vegetables, or on pizza.
