1 1/4 cups raw walnut pieces, divided

2 cups soft pitted prunes

Directions
- In a food processor process prunes until small bits form. Transfer to a separate bowl.
- Place 1 cup walnuts and almonds in the food processor and pulse until a fine ground powder forms. Add cocoa powder, chocolate chips, pulsing to combine.
- Add small amounts of prune pieces through the feeding tube while processing. When consistency has become dough-like, stop processing. The dough should easily stick together when pressed with your hands.
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and add remaining walnuts. Stir to combine.
- Line a square or rectangular baking dish with parchment paper and transfer dough. Press firmly with your hands, spreading dough to 1" thickness.
- Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes and cut into small squares using a sharp knife. Dust with cocoa powder if desired and keep refrigerated until eating.
