An Asian inspired napa cabbage salad, topped with nuts, seeds and crunchy noodles and tossed with a delicious dressing.

Ingredients
1/2 napa cabbage, finely shredded
1 carrots, grated
snowpeas (optional)
spring onions, sliced (optional)
Garnish
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 package instant ramen noodles, broken into small pieces
1 cup almond slivers
Dressing
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil
1/4 cup sunflower or vegetable oil
1/4 cup cup brown sugar, packed
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 carrots, grated

Directions
- In a large bowl, toss napa cabbage, carrots, snowpeas and spring onions.
- In a saucepan, add dressing ingredients, stir let boil until sugar melts, about 5-7 minutes. Let cool.
- On a baking sheet, toast sesame seeds, ramen noodle pieces and slivered almonds until lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Let cool.
- Dress salad before serving and garnish with nuts and seeds.
