4 ripe plums, stones removed and chopped
3 ripe peaches, stones removed and chopped

1-2 tbsp. maple syrup

Directions
- To make the topping, combine butter, oats, flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl and use your hands to form a crumbly mixture.
- Place chopped stone fruit in another large bowl. Add maple syrup and mix well.
- In a large rectangular, deep baking dish, put a bit of crumble to lightly cover the bottom. Transfer the fruit mixture to the dish, spreading it evenly. Finally, sprinkle the rest of the crumble over top of the fruit.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 40 minutes, or until the top has browned.
- Serve warm, with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
