Ingredients
2/3 cup large flake rolled oats, gluten-free
1 1/2 cups water, milk or substitute
2-3 tbsp. pureed beet
1 apple, cut into chunks
2-3 tbsp. raisins
pinch of salt
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
yogurt or cottage cheese, to garnish (optional)
1 1/2 cups water, milk or substitute
2-3 tbsp. pureed beet

Directions
- In a deep microwave safe bowl, combine all ingredients, except for yogurt. Microwave for 2-3 minutes, until oats are cooked.
- Serve immediately, garnished with yogurt if desired. If necessary sweeten with maple syrup, honey, agave or brown sugar.
