6-7 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup cashew butter
2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp. coconut milk
2 tbsp. unsweetened dark cocoa powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions
- Process dates, coconut milk and coconut oil until smooth.
- Add cashew butter, cocoa powder and cinnamon, pulsing until fully combined.
- Drop half-tablespoonfuls on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and put into the freezer for 5-10 minutes.
- Remove from freezer and roll into balls. Coat balls with cocoa powder and return to the freezer or fridge until serving.
