1 Granny Smith apple, chopped
1 large pre-grilled chicken breast, shredded
2-3 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 large red onion, diced
1 clove garlic, pressed (optional)
1-2 tsp. apple cider or white wine vinegar

Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Adjust taste if necessary.
