Ingredients
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tbsp. sour cream
1/2 English cucumber, grated
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. tumeric
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. tumeric
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. chili powder
salt and pepper
Directions
- Grate cucumber and lightly salt. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Using your hands, press excess water from grated cucumber and transfer into a new bowl.
- Mix together the rest of the ingredients with the cucumber, and refrigerate until serving.
- Serve with coconut chicken curry or vegetable curry.
