Savory Toast Fingers

If you like Marmite and savory things, you will love these toast fingers!

Serves: 40-50 savory toast fingers
Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 60 min
Total:  65 min

Ingredients
8-9 slices of bread, multigrain, whole wheat, white
1 tbsp. Marmite
1/3 cup softened butter or margarine
1 packet powdered onion soup

Directions
  1. In a small bowl, combine Marmite, butter and soup mix.
  2. Spread mixture over each slice of bread and then cut each piece into thin finger-like slices, making 5-6 per slice of bread.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 F for 1 hour, or until dry and crispy.

    1. Ha ha! Marmite is one of those flavours that you either love or hate. If you're a Marmite lover give it a try and then decide.
