Ingredients
1 large egg

Directions
- Place egg inside a small pot and cover with water.
- On medium heat bring water to a rolling boil, timing 4-5 minutes for a medium-hard boiled egg.
- Remove from heat and drain water. Cover egg in cool water, making it easier to peel off the shell. Let stand for a few minutes.
- Peel egg and cut in halves, quarters or slices. Put a little bit of mayonnaise and sprinkle with salt, pepper. Serve with a piece of toast.
