Ingredients
4-5 cups watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 English cucumber, cut into cubes or sliced
1-2 sprigs fresh mint, finely chopped
1-2 sprigs fresh basil, finely chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, cubed or crumbed
1 tbsp. olive oil
3 tbsp. white balsamic or white wine vinegar
fresh cracked pepper
pinch of salt

Directions
