Ingredients
1 package extra-firm tofu
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sriracha sauce
1-2 tbsp. white or black sesame seeds
1 tbsp. sesame oil
1-2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sriracha sauce
1-2 tbsp. white or black sesame seeds
Directions
- Drain tofu and wrap in a paper towel. Press under a weight to remove excess liquid. Cut tofu into 1-inch cubes.
- Combine oil, sriracha, soy sauce and sesame seeds in a bowl. Add tofu and toss to coat.
- Cover tofu and allow to marinate in the fridge for a few hours, up to 1 day.
- Transfer tofu to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 15-20 minutes, using a spatula to turn cubes midway through.
- Serve hot or at room temperature. Eat plain, as an appetizer, as a wrap or sandwich filling or as a topping for salad.
