Sour Cream Stuffed Strawberries

These strawberry bites are a creamy and sweet snack or even dessert. Easy to make!

Ingredients

10 medium-large fresh strawberries
about 1/4 cup sour cream, as needed
coarse brown sugar or finely grated dark chocolate (optional)

Directions

1. Wash, remove stems and core the strawberries.
2. Carefully spoon sour cream into each strawberry.
3. Garnish with a sprinkle of brown sugar or chocolate and serve immediately.
