1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1-2 tbsp. honey, to taste
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
salt and pepper
1/2 small white onion, minced
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. chili flakes (optional)
1/4 tsp. chili flakes (optional)
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients.
- Use dressing on green salad, bean salad, pasta salad, as a marinate for grilled, steamed or roasted vegetables, for fish, chicken or steak.
- Keep refrigerated for up to a week.
