Ingredients
1 trout or salmon fillet (1.25 lbs)
2-3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. maple syrup
black or white sesame seeds to garnish

Directions
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce and maple syrup.
- Rinse fillet and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Place fillet on baking sheet and brush with sauce until there is none left.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until tender and cooked.
- Serve with rice, potatoes, steamed or grilled vegetables, or a side salad.
