1 bunch of fresh kale, washed and dried in a salad spinner
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place dried kale on the baking sheet and tear into bite-sized pieces.
- Drizzle olive oil and using your hands, toss leaves so that they are coated.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, turning with a spatula once or twice.
- When kale chips are thin and rustle like dry leaves, remove from oven and sprinkle with salt.
- Serve immediately, or let cool and store in an sealed container.
