Ingredients
2 cups vanilla yogurt, or plain with added vanilla
1/3 cup vanilla cookie crumbs (or crushed vanilla oreos)
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 tbsp. sugar (or more)
Directions
- In a bowl, stir together yogurt and cookie crumbs. Spoon a layer into the bottom of popsicle mold (you can use a store-bought one, or small paper or plastic cups with wooden sticks).
- Freeze for 15-20 minutes.
- Wash and puree strawberries in a blender or food processor. Add sugar to taste.
- Remove popsicles from freezer and spoon a layer of strawberry puree into the mold.
- Freeze for another 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and spoon the final layer of vanilla crumb yogurt into the mold. Insert sticks in the centre and freeze overnight.
