- Cut pita into triangle pieces, about 8 pieces per pita. Place slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Depending on the size of your baking sheet, you may have to make two batches.
- If using a combination of spices or herbs, prepare mixture in a small bowl.
- Brush with melted butter or oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake in preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, or until crisp.
- Serve savory pita chips with dips or hummus, and the sweet pita chips with dessert hummus or healthy chocolate spread.
