Beef meatballs |

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat (chicken, turkey, beef)
2 eggs
seasoning spices (salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder)
1/4 cup quick oats or 10-15 crushed saltine crackers
1 1/2 cups ketchup
2 cups ginger ale

Directions
- In a large bowl, combine meat, eggs, seasoning spices and crackers. Be careful to not over mix.
- In a large pot, stir together ketchup and ginger ale and bring to boil.
- Roll meat into small balls, and gently drop them into the heated sauce one by one. Using a slotted spoon, gently stir so that the new meatballs enter directly into the sauce.
- Cover and gently simmer for 45 minutes to an hour.
- Serve immediately, or let cool and freeze in smaller portions.
