Yellow and Green Bean Salad

Serves: 6

Total:  10 min

Ingredients
1/2 lb. green beans
1/2 lb. yellow beans
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. honey or agave
1 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup chopped dill
salt and pepper

Directions
  1. Steam beans for 5 minutes.  Submerge in ice cold water.
  2. Drain when cool.
  3. Whisk together mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, oil, dill, salt and pepper.  Taste and adjust if necessary.
  4. Toss beans with dressing and serve.
