Ingredients
1/2 lb. green beans
1/2 lb. yellow beans
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tbsp. honey or agave
1 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup chopped dill
salt and pepper

Directions
- Steam beans for 5 minutes. Submerge in ice cold water.
- Drain when cool.
- Whisk together mustard, honey, white wine vinegar, oil, dill, salt and pepper. Taste and adjust if necessary.
- Toss beans with dressing and serve.
