Pumpkin Spice Smoothie

Ingredients
4-5 tbsp. plain pumpkin puree
1 banana, preferably frozen
1-2 tsp. honey or sugar
1/8 tsp. ground clove
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk or soy milk (or more)
1 tbsp. ground flax or chia seeds (optional)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and adjust if necessary.
  3. Serve immediately.
