Ingredients
1-2 handfuls of fresh green beans, washed and trimmed
1-2 tsp. oil
1-2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Directions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger and saute for 1 minute.
- Add beans and saute until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add soy sauce and stir. Season with pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, as a side dish for meat or fish.
