1 tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. chili powder
zest of 1 lime
1 tsp. lime juice
salt and pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cook corn on the cob, either on the BBQ, or in a pot of boiling water.
- When corn is cooked, brush with chili lime butter and serve.
