Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Roasted pumpkin seeds flavoured however you like. Enjoy!

Serves: 2 cups
Prep Time: 2-3 min
Cooking Time: 15-20 min
Total:  20 min

cinnamon sugar seeds, spiced seeds and salted seeds
Ingredients
raw whole pumpkin seeds
1-2 tsp. oil or melted butter
choice of seasoning mix

Seasoning Mix Ideas
salt
paprika, chili powder, cayenne and taco seasoning
hot sauce
cheesy popcorn topping
garlic or onion powder
teriyaki or soy sauce *no oil needed
cinnamon brown sugar
cocoa powder and white sugar
ginger powder or cinnamon

Directions
  1. Scoop the seeds out of the pumpkin.  Wash and clean the pulp off the seeds and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Toss seeds in a bowl with your choice of seasoning.
  3. Spread a layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 15-20 min, or until lightly browned. Stir seeds with a spatula occasionally.
  4. Cool and serve.
