Tuna casserole is an easy dish to throw together, and pleasing for all!

2 tins tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup frozen peas
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
5-6 mushrooms, washed and sliced
2-3 cloves garlic, diced
3 cups uncooked pasta, fuisilli or shells
grated cheese, to garnish
cheese sauce or can of condensed cream of mushroom soup

Directions
- In a large pot, boil water and prepare pasta as directed. Drain and return to pot. Add frozen peas to the pasta and mix.
- In a frying pan, melt butter and sautee mushrooms. Add garlic and cook until tender. Add to cooked pasta.
- Add cheese sauce or tin of cream of mushroom soup to the pasta and vegatable mixture. Stir to combine.
- Transfer to a casserole dish and top with grated cheese. Cover with tinfoil and bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve warm with a green salad or steamed vegetables.
