Best Smoothie of the Summer

Serves: 2 large servings

Total:  6 min

Ingredients
1 large orange, peeled and broken in sections
1 banana, peeled and broken in chunks
3-4 watermelon chunks, fresh or frozen
3-4 fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
1-2 handfuls of baby spinach
1/4 cup milk, soy milk or almond milk (or more)
4-5 ice cubes
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Directions
  1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.  Add chia seeds and vanilla, if using, in the final blend.
  2. Serve immediately.
