Homemade Muesli

Serves: 10 cups

Ingredients
6 cups large flake rolled oats
2 cups honey almond granola
1/4 cup sesame seeds, toasted
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
1/3 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
1/2 cup whole almonds, toasted
1/2 cup raisins (or more)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (or more)


Other additions
sliced dried apricot
brown sugar
wheat germ, toasted
oat bran
wheat bran
ground flax seeds
chia seeds
chopped walnuts, pecans, almonds

Directions
  1. Toast almonds, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds in a preheated oven at 350F until golden, about 5 minutes.  Let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Store in an airtight container, and at room temperature.
  4. Serve with milk or yogurt and fresh cut fruit.
