Lemon Curd Tartlets

Serves: 6
Prep Time: 5 min
Cooking Time: 10-12 min
Total:  15 min

Ingredients
3/4 cup lemon curd, bought or homemade
6 premade mini tart shells

Directions
  1. Arrange tart shells on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 10-12 minutes, or until golden.
  2. Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to let cool.
  3. Spoon prepared lemon curd into shells and serve immediately.
