Ingredients
4 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup oil
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup whole almonds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup raisins (or more)
1/2 cup dried cranberries (or more)

Directions
- In a large baking dish, combine oats, seeds and nuts.
- Melt honey with oil, and pour over oat mixture. Toss to coat.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 F for 45 minutes, mixing every 10-15 minutes. Near the end, mix more frequently.
- When granola turns a light golden brown colour, add raisins and dried cranberries. This will be in the last 10 or 15 minutes of cooking.
- Cool completely and store in an airtight container.
- Serve with yogurt or milk, and fresh cut fruit.
