Healthy Banana "Ice Cream"

This banana "ice cream" is one of the most satisfying healthy desserts yet. Make this now!

Topped with dark chocolate chunks
 and toasted walnut pieces

Ingredients
5-6 frozen banana chunks, about 2 whole bananas
5-6 tbsp. milk, coconut, soy or almond milk

Topping Ideas
fresh berries or small pieces of fruit
coconut flakes and sprinkles
chocolate chips/chunks/shavings (dark, milk, white)
toasted nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds, peanuts)
dried fruits (cherries, cranberries, apricots, raisins)
candy pieces (smarties, jelly beans, gummies, etc.)
sauces (chocolate, caramel, strawberry, peanut/nut butter, etc.)
flavours (vanilla, cocoa powder, almond essence, caramel, brown sugar, rum, coffee, cinnamon, etc.)

Directions
  1. Place frozen banana pieces in the bowl of a food processor with the metal blade.  Allow to thaw for a minutes so they are not frozen solid.
  2. Pulse until bananas become creamy, slowly adding milk.  Add a flavour, such as vanilla or cocoa powder, at this time.
  3. Serve immediately garnished with your favourite toppings!
