Mango and Avocado Salad

Ingredients
1 large ripe mango, peeled and sliced 
1 large ripe avocado, cut into cubes
4 tbsp. fresh red onion, diced
1/2 lime, juiced
1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

Directions
  1. In a bowl whisk olive oil, lime juice, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
  2. Add mango, avocado and red onion, and gently toss to coat.
  3. Serve immediately.
