Fresh Juice

This fresh juice promises a wonderful taste combination and is packed with only healthy things!

Serves: 2

Cooking Time: 0 min
Total:  5 min

Ingredients
1 beet, lightly steamed, peeled and cut
1 apple, cut into wedges
2 stalks celery 
2-3 carrots
1/2 lemon, peeled
2 inch piece fresh ginger root, peeled
2-3 ice cubes (optional)

Directions
  1. Place beet in a pot of boiling water for 1-2 minutes. This will cook it lightly and make it easier to peel.
  2. Process all ingredients through a high powered juicer.
  3. Serve immediately, with our without ice cubes.
