1/2 cup plain yogurt
juice from 1/2 lemon

Directions
- In a small bowl, mix together all dressing ingredients.
- In a larger bowl, combine all salad ingredients.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat.
- Serve chilled, by itself or with fresh mixed greens.
