Carrot, Apple and Orange Breakfast Bowl

A fresh and healthy breakfast bowl to start off your day.

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain yogurt or almond yogurt
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 apple, chopped or grated
1 orange or grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
a small handful of  raisins
a small handful sunflower or pumpkin seeds, toasted
a small handful raw almonds or walnuts (optional)
poppy seeds, to garnish
drizzle of honey or agave, to taste

Directions
  1. Divide and arrange all of the ingredients in two bowls.
  2. Garnish with honey and poppy seeds and serve.
