1/2 cup plain yogurt or almond yogurt
1 carrot, peeled and grated
1 apple, chopped or grated
1 orange or grapefruit, peeled and sectioned
a small handful of raisins
a small handful sunflower or pumpkin seeds, toasted
a small handful raw almonds or walnuts (optional)
poppy seeds, to garnish
drizzle of honey or agave, to taste
Directions
- Divide and arrange all of the ingredients in two bowls.
- Garnish with honey and poppy seeds and serve.
